The North American International Auto Show in Detroit has presented the world with some exciting and amazing new designs. With offerings on display from top car designers like Cadillac, Mercedes, Audi and more, there’s a whole lot to look forward to get on the road with in 2017.

The Cadillac Escala Concept was featured, and showed gorgeous contours and impressive specs. It runs with a 4.2-liter twin-turbocharged V8 capable of pushing 500 horsepower, in a sporty hatchback design. One interesting luxury feature of the car is a fully glass panoramic roof, as well as a wide mesh grill that mirrors the shape of the classic Cadillac crest.

Kia brought the Stinger Concept to the show, with a bold 315 horsepower turbo engine that absolutely flies with a 6-speed manual gearbox. Built to deliver a unique driving experience, the Stinger Concept handles the road like a racetrack, featuring quick ratio manual steering as well as double wishbone suspension.

Mercedes offered up two exciting designs in Detroit. The GTC AMG is an exciting evolution on the classic roadster, featuring extra-wide wheels and tires as well as active rear steering and adjustable suspension. And with the GTC powered by a 4.0-liter V8, it is fully capable of taking advantage of the open road. Mercedes also showed off the E Coupe, with its 3.0-liter V6 biturbo and 7-speed automatic transmission. With wheel-mounted paddle shifting, it feels and handles a lot like a racecar.

Audi also brought a pair along with it to the show, including the Q8 Concept. A luxury SUV/coupe hybrid, the Q8 Concept features rugged and aggressive contours and houses a turbocharged V6 that pushes out 333 horsepower. It impressively boasts the ability to run from 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds. Audi also put on display the SQ5, a sporty supercharged hatchback loaded with tech and running a 3.0 TFSI engine.

BMW brought the X2 concept along with it to the show in Detroit, a sleek and sporty compromise between a coup and an SUV. BMW was also showing off the new 5 Series, presenting an exciting take on an old favorite. The new 5 offers an in-line six with hair-trigger acceleration and improved steering, that takes complete advantage of the newer, more aggressive lines and chassis.

The new Bentley Continental Supersports is mind blowing, and unbelievably fast, with an incredible W-12 engine it practically roars out 700-hp. It’s easily the fastest thing Bentley has ever put on the road, approaching a top speed well over 200mph. The new Supersports also feature an 8-speed automatic transmission, as well as luxurious interior design.

Lexus showed up in Detroit with the SC 500, an impressive blending of luxury and sports sensibilities. From the gorgeously stylized lines of the chassis, to the 468-hp V8, the new SC 500 tears down the road and looks beautiful while doing it.
